We are D&S Refining, we are one of the largest purchasers of Au products worldwide. We purchase everything from dust to nuggets to dory and even bullion. We pay with 24 hours of final assay and send your funds to the US bank of your choice, in accordance with the SCPO (Sales Contract Purchase Order) between us. We establish a bullion account in the name of the owner/seller so that when you send your product to us CIF ~ Dallas, Texas in goes into your own account so that there is no risk for your shipped product, you may also hand carry your parcel to us. Hand carry

You can hand carry your product directly to our facility, according to hand carry limits established by the Airlines and Customs

Trial Shipment

We consider a trial shipment to consist of 10 kilos or more, depending upon the financial needs of the owner/seller. If a banking instrument is requested, a larger minimum trial shipment will be required with a larger purchasing discount off of LBMA to us, and you must already be an existing client with a track record of successful shipments, as we do not provide banking instruments for first time clients of the refinery.

Standard Procedures

We cover "costs forward" not cost backward, meaning, we pay for standard customs charges and for armored transport to the refinery. We do not pay any taxes or fees from the country of origin, unless a special arrangement has been structured before we sign our SCPO.
